Essential Functions
An Operations Assistant at Bridge Prep will fulfill the following duties:
- Serve as a liaison between the school and the greater community as the first point of contact via the phone, email, or building entry. Tend to all school correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the school leadership team to improve performance and work efficiency - compliance, record keeping, scheduling, operations, purchasing, clerical, community engagement, admissions, etc.
- Apply experience and knowledge of internal operations to assist the Assistant Principal of Operations to prevent operational risks and designing sustainable systems and protocols to drive mission and growth.
- Enforcing policies and procedures, disseminating information, and assisting staff, students, and families.
- Oversee the daily operations of the school at student arrival, breakfast, lunch, recess, and dismissal.
- Support in the planning, preparations, and execution of all school and community events.
- Assist school staff and students by making photocopies and providing general technology support.
- Maintain accurate records, take minutes at meetings, distribute mail, and maintain inventory.
Reporting: This is a full-time position reporting to the Assistant Principal of Operations or their designee(s).
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or demonstrated role-specific experience.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Suite applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, judgment, initiative, optimism, and a sense of humor.
- Ability to work well in a busy and complex school environment.
- Ability to interact positively and professionally with all members of the school community.
- Commitment to the mission and core values of the school.
- Exemplary record of attendance, punctuality, and professionalism.

Salary: Compensation is commensurate with experience, starting at $45,000-48,000 yearly.
